President Obama on November 2nd, 2009 has been forced to step down as President of the United states of America.
His post for being the Chairman of the United Nations Security Council post will last one month. Mr. Obama will resume his duties as President of the United states of America following his one month tenure with the United Nations.
During this time, as per the United states Constitution, Vice President Biden will be the acting President and will assume all roles as signing of bills and as the Commander in Chief of all Armed Forces of the United states and of the United states Navy.
This action has not been done previously by any acting President but the United states Constitution mandates the procedure for a President who assumes another post by any other foreign nation or organization such as the United Nations.
Normally Congress and only Congress would have the power to acknowledge and permit a seated President from accepting and acting in another United states government post. However, since the post has not been authorized by the Congress this thus means that Mr. Obama must and has given up his duties as President.
Normally the President would appoint an Ambassador to fill this post. Interviews for acceptance and acknowledgement of skills by Congress must be made. Congress must approve all Ambassadors except when Congress i s not in session then the President can appoint an Ambassador to fill the post until Congress next comes into Session.
Mr. Obama, I hope you enjoy your stay at the United Nations and enjoy New York at the same time.
Perhaps the Queen of England may get upset at a President or other head of state being able to direct her troops at will.

Great observation. Has Biden actually acted as POTUS? If he has it is unmistakable that there is a crisis in that congress has also failed to inform the people to prepare to begin new elections to fill the seat.
The majority , the filibuster proof majority, must be acting to secret everything Obama. This being the case, proven by legislation which is obviously beyond the powers and scope of constitutionally set bounds, a review of the Declaration of Independence is in order. A continental congress must meet to decide the direction and path to reestablish a new and faithful body of government of the people. This is actually under way. Broken oaths, broken laws and a host of grievances unanswered are among the list of reasons to do justice by the people of this nation.

You are astute. Absolutely great observations. There are numbers floating around that about 13 or 15 states are just about the start a new convention. Then I also have heard that there are about 35 states which want to succeed from the union. It really is all a matter of time until the legal catches up with reality.
Also, the Declaration of Independence was indeed voted on my the representatives of the various colonies and does have power. Previously about one year ago I thought it just had a great document for overthrowing the King of England.
In another life the colonies separated after the House of Stuart of England was ousted which now is controled by the House of Windsor and previously I believe the House of York. Being able to rule correctly and not ruthlessly would have been the key to remaining a part of the British Empire.
My job today is actually to go the County Auditor’s in my state to check to see if any assets of land are title to the House of Stuart from Bonnie Prince Charles.
There are other characteristics in the Constitution, see Amendment 25. A delegation of Administrators can petition Congress to proof the President can be in Congress and is able to carry out the duties of Congress.
Or Congress themselves can do this but they are out of session at this time also. The President can call Congress back to session but obviously this is not going to happen.
So in essence this would leave the Obama Administration to question Obama’s eligibility and then immediately Vice President Biden would be the acting President and able to sign bills, issue order as the Commander In Chief and see and take in Ambassadors and one of thing which I forget right now.
So the Congressmen should force the Administration Secretaries to conform and raise Biden to Acting President.

A legalized take over, is that possible. I wouldn’t mind this, if it were not Joe Biden getting the top seat. It would have gone from bad to worse. Even if this was done legally, it would cause great unsettlement dont you think. Now is this position being a volintary one the same thing as actual taking the position. Oviously not, just saying. Now if or was a swearing in ceremony that would be a different story all together. I for one respect the office of the president that does mean I have to like the man holding the office at the time. The emotional voter’s out there seem to think other wise. Any disagreement with this man, will start the name calling process, which is very sad. Case in point. Just the fact I mentioned the comment of proving who he was, and all the sealed records he has, brought out just that. I left the comment under the speech that Mr Obama gave to tax us all out of existence for the sake of saving the planet. That bill has nothing to do with saving the planet, its about control. Is this called a UN treaty for the climate, if so, it is not binding here in the US unless congress approves it. Or is this strictly US climate bill. How does that work.

Whats really is going on no one whats to hear, because they dont want to. This is not about consevative liberals democrates rebublicans. Red state blue state, or who you are. This is about a complete take over of the private sector by the government, & I will tell why about this one CIT, Just like the previous bailouts, this so called backruptcy from CIT will lead to a cry for a bail out by the government to keep running. First the american people will see maybe an executive or two from the company explaining their situation for a week or two. Then the CEO will give his speech, on what went wrong, that they will need this money so they will not fail(keep loaning money out) & so they can keep their employee’s. To big to fail might just be heard. The government will of course say yes. Why. So they will have controllable interest in the company. Please do not tell me that if a company(government) has more then half interest in a company they will not have a more prominent control of said company. If you think that, you kidding yourself. We have now seen in the last few month’s major institution being taken over, now its the private sectors turn, and so on down the line. Well just take minute to think about this. If(when) the government has a the majority control of the private sector(small business loans) they will be able to stop growth completly. Which in turn no jobs are created, in turn puts people out of work. So here are millions of americans needing the basics food & shelter. So who will they turn to THE GOVERNMENT. This may not seem like a future reality to some, because you have want you need for now. You have to pay attention, and to who controls what. Everything depends on alittle from something else happening. This whole senerio may not play out right away, thats why most people lose their attention span on things. Then the number one thought is “this wont happen to me” This possible future meltdown of america will affect everyone, except those in control. Even some of those that are in government are expendable for the cause. Just start paying attention america.
